Easy Web Screenshots with kwout

If you need a screenshot of a web page, kwout makes it pretty easy. It's a browser-based alternative to snapping the screen and opening the snap in a tool for cropping. One important feature is missing, tho, the ability to annotate the image. (Like the screen shots on the kwout homepage, ironically.)

I forget if you're on a Mac yet, but, if you are, you can hit ⌘-Shift-4 and then click and drag to select the area of the screen that you want to capture. Once you release the mouse button, it will be saved as an image on your desktop.

(Bonus hint: if you hit space after hitting ⌘-Shift-4, mousing over windows will select all of their contents; click to take a picture of just that window.)
